w.Die-Cut Cover. 1998 Epic E 68164. Sealed Copy? Technically yes, unfortunately shrink has split along most of the bottom seam. Tight shrink has turned 2 corners and there is a small corner crease and mark on bottom seam (white mark as shown in image). Record has never been removed from cover.
