Cover Is 2 Part Paper Sleeve Factory Sealed in Plastic Outer, This Has 3" Tear In Bottom Right Corner. Actual Paper Cover Has Minor Tear In  Top Otherwise Near Mint Under Tight Plastic Sleeve. Record Is Dull Looking But Not Scratched. Possibly How It Was Made. Got To Be RARE!!!!
